THOUGHT FOR FRIDAY 28TH DECEMBER 2007
From top share author MALCOLM STACEY

Hello Crazy Gang Denizen,

Here's a rocking good way to make money, gang.

Find the share at the top of the day's winners list. Buy a few. Watch as it gets higher during the day.

Hang on the next day when it will also tick up, as new traders hear about the good news for the first time, having dozed through yesterday.

Then sell at the end of the second day.

But there's a word of warning here. This blindingly simple system does not always work. Alright, it does work often enough for me to turn a tidy profit over the year. But it might not work for you. It might also stop working for me tomorrow.

But the thing is consistency. If I were to keep to a system like this a few days only, and then change to something else and then change back, I might not do at all well. The share picker cannot survive on chaos.

So my little advice is to find a system that works for you. Give it a fair old chance before you drop it. And don't ever come back to it, if it starts to go wrong big time.

Meanwhile, there's another big time to be had tonight - in the Punter's Return!
