Sex Sells
By Adrian Roose of Stanley Gibbons

A UK based investment fund is banking on celebrity memorabilia.

In Madonna, specifically.

They have formed what they claim to be 'the world's largest collection' of Madonna memorabilia.

The collection includes stage outfits and even her signed Amex credit card (I'm assuming it's no longer valid...)

The minimum investment is £10,000 ($20,000) with a recommended 10 year holding period.

However, we can get you involved in this market for a lot less. Amazingly prices start at just £495 ($990).

But if you are faint hearted look away now...

You see, we have a small selection of signed Madonna photos from her 'Erotica' period.

Madonna made her name with sexually charged performances on stage.

She's the 'Queen of pop', she's the 'Best selling female rock artist of the 20th Century'.

She's the second top selling female artist in the US with 63 million album sales.

According to the Guiness book of Records she is the 'World's most succesful female musician'.

She's also responsible for the highest grossing concert tour by a female artist.

She's even received a Golden Globe Award for her acting in Evita.

And on March 10, 2008 she was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.

The lady is a wordwide superstar.

And now a British Investment Fund has been set up to exploit the market in Madonna memorabilia.

It coincides with Madonna signing a new record contract.

She's ditched Warner Music for a 10 year £60m ($120m) contract with Live Nation.

Madonna turns 50 this year but shows no signs of slowing down. In fact, her 50th birthday is expected to create a fanfair of interest.

This market is just hotting up.

And you can join in too. Prices start at just £495 ($990) for a beautiful signed photo.

P.S. Did you know? Lindbergh also invented the glass perfusion pump, an artificial heart, which is credited with making modern day heart surgeries possible.

He truly was a remarkable man. A pioneer. Lindbergh memorabilia is naturally scarce.
