'We are top of the league!'
SOUTHERN BUSINESS TIMES - 12/12/03
ShareCrazy, the popular internet share trading service prides itself on offering the most accessible and 'jargon free' way to buy and sell shares online. Its director, Alan Green and Office Manager, Craig Harrison are both fans of Brighton & Hove Albion (their company sponsors Brighton Dynamos). Recently, they were paid a visit by Albion's team captain Danny Cullip and midfielder, Richard Carpenter.
The company has been based at the Sussex Innovation Centre and has moved recently to the new wing. In being since 2000, ShareCrazy is aiming at the investor who wants to get value for money when trading and the concept is so popular that a Peterborough publican and long time ShareCrazy supporter has set up a 'shares club' where his regulars meet up to discuss share trading hints and tips. ShareCrazy offers a low-cost share dealing service of just £9 per trade flat fee, with no quarterly charges or inactivity fees.
The reason for the visit of the footballers was to celebrate the opening of ShareCrazy's 1,000th share-trading account. Alan Green said: "We are pround to be Brighton-based and plan to continue our support for the club over the coming months and years."
