DIRECTORS' INTERESTS IN SHARES



The Company has been advised that 780 shares have been allocated at GBP9.06

under the Company's All Employee Share Ownership Plan ("AESOP") which total

included 13 shares for each of Lord Harris and Mr C Sollesse and 14 for each of

Mr M Harris and Mr N Page.



Also included in the allocation were 14 shares for Mrs Caroline Sollesse.

Shares allocated to Mrs Sollesse form part of Mr Sollesse's beneficial interest,

below.
