GRANT OF OPTIONS
Following approval by HM Revenue & Customs of the Company's Approved Share
Option Plan ("CSOP"), the Company has today granted options over 16,759 Ordinary
Shares to Lisa Clarke, Finance Director. The options granted are exerciseable
from the third anniversary of grant at a price of 179p per share.
