Exercise of share options







Oliver Lightowlers has today exercised 9,250 share options under the Company's

Save As You Earn share option scheme.  The option exercise price per share was

100 pence and the total option cost was £9,250.  After taking account of the

exercise of share options, Oliver Lightowlers' revised shareholding in Spice,

including connected parties, totals 23,273 shares (representing approximately

0.05 per cent. of the ordinary issued share capital of the Company).
