1. How do I open a ShareCrazy Subscription account?

(a) Complete our registration form, select the required Subscription level and you'll be taken to our login page
(b) Log in with your selected Username and Password. If you select a Freebie account, the process is then complete. If you select Supermarket, you'll be taken to a Payment info page to complete the payment and registration process. Before going to our secure Worldpay payment pages you'll be asked to confirm details of the Subscription level selected
(c) Complete credit/debit card Worldpay payment for Supermarket and a payment confirmation page will appear
(d) Finally, for security, once again you'll be taken to our login page, simply login with your Username and Password and the process is complete
(e) An email confirming your Username and Password, and a separate email confirming your payment will be sent to your mailbox

3. Which payment methods can I use?

Our secure Worldpay payment system accepts payment from most leading credit/debit cards

4. How are the payments taken?

A Supermarket account equates to £3.99 per month + VAT, totalling £56.26 for the year. Payments are divided into four quarterly advance payments of £14.06 inc VAT, the first payment collected at this point, and the remaining three payments are automatically collected from your card, taken quarterly in advance.

5. I have forgotten my Subscription username and/or password! What should I do?

Simply go to the login page, click the "I forgot my Password" link and your password will be emailed to your mailbox

6. What are 'cookies' and why must my internet browser allow their use when I'm logged into my Subscription account?

Cookies are small pieces of information that are stored on your computer's hard drive by your browser, which allow us to store your details and identify you when you visit the main ShareCrazy website. The Subscription services provided on the main ShareCrazy website will only operate if the cookie function on your computer is enabled

7. How can I update my personal details?

Simply click on the "Profile" link, situated in the 'Login Zone' section of the page, when you are logged into your account. Make your requierd changes, and after clicking submit, and email confirming the changes will be sent to your mailbox

8. Which Internet Browser would you recommend to best view the ShareCrazy website?

Although it is possible to view ShareCrazy.com through other browsers, we would recommend you use Microsoft Internet Explorer (Version 6.0 or above) for optimum performance. To download the latest version of Microsoft Internet Explorer, please click here.
