No! ShareCrazy.com Ltd, FSA registered number 215145 is an Appointed
Representative of Hoodless Brennan Plc 40 Marsh Wall, Docklands, London
E14 9TP, who are authorised and regulated by the Financial Services
Authority, registered number 155104 and are members of the LSE and Plus Markets.
2. Is it 'Real Time Dealing'?
Yes ! The ShareCrazy Trader system provides you with direct access to
the market makers and the price offered to you at the 15 second countdown
is a real time price.
3. How much does it cost?
Just a flat rate fee of £9 per deal - no matter what the size
of the deal!
4. Are there any other charges?
We may charge (to cover our costs) £15 each time a payment is
not made in full, within one day after its due date, in addition to
interest charges on overdue amounts.

Transfer of Holdings
£15 per item.
Probate Valuations
£35 or 0.5% whichever is greater.

5. How do I open an account?
By completing the application form on the site and submitting the form
to us on-line as directed, we will then process your application and
e-mail a password to you with details how to activate and credit your
account with money and stock.
6. How long does it take to open an account?
Applications are processed usually within 24 hours and an on-line identity
check is performed to satisfy the UK's Money Laundering regulations,
once your identity is checked and confirmed an account number is emailed
back to you.
7. Do I need to send any documents to you?
No. We will process your application form and verify your identity via
an on-line search. If they are unable to verify your identity they will
ask you to provide further documentary proof.
8. How quickly can I trade?
Once we have received your application form, an account number will
be issued for you and e-mailed to you to allow you to access the site.
From application to 1st trade could be as little as 10 minutes, or can
take between 2 to 10 days depending on your circumstances. You will
need to deposit money into the account or share certificates before
you can trade.
9. How much money do I need to deposit?
We normally suggest £1,000 to start with, although if you're planning
on trading penny shares you could start with as little as £200-£300.
You cannot buy without the funds cleared on your account and if you
want to sell a share you hold this must be on the account as well before
you sell.
10. How can I put money into my account?
Simply log on to your account, select the "Account Manager"
option, and make a Debit Card payment using our secure WorldPay service.
Alternatively please phone the Trader Helpdesk to make a debit card
payment, or send a cheque made payable to HB Plc with your account number
on the back to the address below. To send a cheque please make payable

11. Will I receive interest on any money in the account?
Yes! HB Plc on behalf of ShareCrazy Trader pay a rate linked to the
Bank Base Rate, currently 2.5% below that rate. The rate is competitive
and will automatically be adjusted with movements of the base rate.
12. Can I hold my existing shares in my account?
Yes. Your shares will be held on a CREST nominee account for safe and
easy access. This will enable you to see from your portfolio exactly
how many shares you hold and to be able to sell when you want without
delay and not face the risk of losing your certificates in the post
when you do want to trade. To lodge shares onto your account send your
certificate(s) with a CREST Transfer form, (a copy of this can be found
on the website, and on the email sent to you when you opened your account)
to the address below:
13. Do you charge for keeping my shares?
No. The CREST nominee account is free!
14. Can I sell or buy in Certificates?
No. The service is a pure on-line service with standard T3 settlement
which means you would not have enough time to settle your trades if
you dealt via certificates.
15. How long does it take for my trades to settle if
I buy or sell?
Settlement of transactions is three working days. If you buy, money
is automatically deducted from your account to pay for your purchase
and if you sell, the shares are automatically sent to the buyer. You
need do nothing.
16. Can I re-invest money from sales or does it have
to settle before I can use it?
Funds generated by a sale on-line are available for re-use immediately.
If you conduct a telephone trade, there is a delay of several hours
before this is available to use on-line, however you can still telephone
trade instead with the money generated.
17. How to request a refund of money from your ShareCrazy Trader account
Refunds you request from your dealing account with us are sent automatically
to your nominated bank/building society account by BACS Credit. It takes
three working days to credit your account from the day we action your
request. You can request a refund automatically when you are logged
in to your Trader account.
Log into your Trader account and select 'Account Manager' from the
left hand menu, followed by 'Request a Refund'. You will see the amount
available to be sent to you automatically as 'Cleared Balance'. Enter
the amount you wish to have sent back to your nominated bank/building
society account - this must be no more than the cleared balance. The
money will be sent directly to your nominated account and will take
three working days to clear. The balance on deposit in your Trader account
will automatically deduct the refund requested.
PLEASE NOTE WE CAN ONLY SEND CLEARED FUNDS FROM TRADES THAT HAVE SETTLED - YOU CANNOT REQUEST MONEY TO BE SENT FOR TRADES THAT HAVE NOT YET SETTLED.
Please note we do not acknowledge receipt of refund payment requests. You can view any payment in or out of your account including payments by Debit Card, Refunds and Dividends by requesting a statement from your account. Click on 'Transaction History', and order a statement for the required period.
If you wish to amend your bank details held on file with us, you will firstly need to send an original bank statement no more than three months old to the address below:
18. I have forgotten my password and account number!
Simply email crazyadmin@sharecrazy.com
and they will e-mail back a new password for you. When you log back
on you will then be asked to change that password for one you choose
to ensure only you can access your account.
19. How often do the prices update?
Prices on the ShareCrazy Trader site are 15 minutes delayed, but prior
to buying or selling stock a real time price will be quoted for you
to accept or decline for 15 seconds.
20. Can I talk to a human being, please?

21.What Markets can I buy shares on?
You can buy and sell shares listed on the London Stock Markets, and
over 300 of the top USA and European shares all at our £9 flat
rate fee. You can trade shares in companies such as Nokia, Yahoo and
Microsoft, which have the added advantage of being stamp duty exempt!
22. How will I receive my contract notes?
Confirmations of trades will be sent via e-mail Your transactions can
be accessed from your account.
23. Can you arrange an Individual Savings Account (ISA)
to hold my shares?
Yes, We offer a Self Select Stocks and Shares ISA account. The account is an Execution only Online ISA Account and does not offer advice on investments or the suitability of such for you. If you are in any doubt as to the suitability of an ISA, you should consult an Independent Financial Adviser
24. Can you alert me on my mobile when prices move?

25. Can I value my portfolio on-line?
Yes, simply access your ShareCrazy Trader account and select 'Portfolio'
from the menu or use the Stockwatch tool on the main ShareCrazy website.
26. How do I get a price or research a stock I am interested
in?
Select the Quote Data link on the main ShareCrazy website, enter either
the stock name (or epic code if you know it), and click enter. If you
wish to research our archives, enter either the stock name or epic code
into the search box.
27. Can I get a printed statement of my Portfolio?
Select 'Portfolio' and print. If you do not have a printer, email us
the page and we will print a copy and post it to you.
28. Can I get a print out of my transactions?
Simply select 'Transactions' from the menu and your orders will be displayed.
You can choose to show just orders for one day or longer. If you do
not have a printer, e-mail us the page crazyadmin@sharecrazy.com
and we will print a copy for you.
29. How quickly will my orders be executed?
Immediately. Once you have input your order and confirmed that you wish
to trade a price will be offered to you. You have 15 seconds to accept
or decline that price. If you accept the deal has taken place.
30. I deal for an Investment Club. Can I open an account
for the Club?
No. The ShareCrazy Trader services are not available for clubs or groups.
31. What security measures do you use on the site?
Is it safe?
We have the very best protection for on-line trading. As internet security
is and has always been a major concern, we have ensured we are at the
fore-front of technology. Our site is encrypted to the highest civilian
specification available and includes firewalls, 128 bit encryption,
password protection and is monitored constantly.
32. Am I insured?
You automatically have access to the Investors Compensation Scheme in
the event of company failure and the safety of your shares being held
in nominee accounts.
33. What about my share dividends?
Any dividends due will be credited automatically to your CREST account
and a tax voucher sent to you.
34. Why can I not get a price in the size I request?
A challenge for clients using any online trading system is that you
are trading against larger orders being negotiated by telephone. The
problem of being unable to trade volatile or illiquid shares freely,
due to the Market Makers restricting supply or not quoting, is not confined
solely to our trading platform but affects all on-line stockbroking
systems.
The conventional method of placing an order by telephone allows Market
Makers to take one order at a time and adjust prices for subsequent
orders to manage their risk. In this way they are able to judge the
flow of orders and make a price accordingly. Online trading, however,
exposes Market Makers to high-speed quantities of transactions overwhelming
their ability to do this. Market Makers make prices to buy and sell
Stock to make a profit on the 'Spread'. If they feel they cannot change
their prices quickly enough they will restrict the size they are prepared
to trade electronically to limit their risk of loss.
In these circumstances HB Plc operate a telephone service for ShareCrazy
Trader, enabling you to place your order via conventional means by calling
them on 0845 0701125.
35. Why do I keep getting the message 'Client Already
Logged In'?
Our site is a secure site so that you can be sure at all times your
dealing is not able to be seen by others. As a consequence you must
log out of the system each time using the 'Log Out' button on the menu.
If you close the window of our site without doing this you will lock
your account. Accounts are automatically released after 20 minutes,
but if you need to have the lock out released earlier please call the
Trader Helpdesk on 0870 161 3500 or 0845 0701125.
