Q1. Can I watch the show on an Apple Mac computer? A1. Try downloading the Windows Media Player for Mac OS X by following the
instructions at this link: Q2. I missed today's live show. What time will today's episode be available to view through the archive? A2. The archive version of the day's show should normally be available to view in the archive from about 12 noon, i.e. about half an hour after the live show has finished. Q3. Can I watch the shows through Windows Media Player directly, rather than through the ShareCrazy homepage? A3. Yes. If you 'right-click' on the episode link and chose 'Open in a new window' from the list that appears the selected show will be displayed directly in a new Windows Media Player window. This is an option for users unable to watch content directly via the ShareCrazy homepage. Q4. Is it possible to fast-forward or rewind parts of the show? A4. Yes, if you are watching an archived episode you can fast-forward and rewind through the show. Obviously, if you're watching a live show you can only rewind and fast-forward throughout the length of the show which has already been broadcast. Q5. The TV screen on the homepage doesn't load properly and all I can see is a square with a red cross in the corner in its place? A5. To enable the TV window to operate, please ensure your internet browser security settings enable ActiveX controls and plug-ins to run. Q6. I can hear the show but there is no picture. How can I view the show? A6. Try downloading the latest version of Windows Media Player by following
